Mwaba Ng’andwe is the Founder and Lead Sports Agent of GoPro Sports Management, bringing a strong background in banking and financial services into the world of sports representation With experience in structured finance, client relationship management, and high-value transactions, Mwaba possesses a sharp understanding of financial systems, deal structuring, and risk management—skills that are critical in modern player representation and transfer negotiations.
At GoPro, Mwaba leads all player representation matters, including contract negotiations, transfer strategy, and player career positioning. His financial acumen ensures that every deal is not only competitive but also strategically structured to deliver long-term value for clients. His transition from banking into sports management reflects a forward-thinking approach, applying institutional-level discipline and professionalism to an industry that increasingly demands both.
Saka Kateka
Co-Founder & Head of Global Operations
Saka Kateka is a Co-Founder of GoPro Sports Management and serves as Head of Global
Operations. He is a licensed FIFA agent and a legal practitioner with a strong background in corporate and commercial law. Saka brings extensive experience in structuring complex transactions, negotiating high-value agreements, and advising on legal and regulatory matters. His work spans corporate finance, conveyancing, litigation, and business development—giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the legal and commercial aspects of sport.
At GoPro, he oversees international partnerships, cross-border transactions, compliance, and overall strategic expansion. He plays a key role in connecting African talent to global markets, ensuring that all deals meet international standards while protecting the interests of players. Beyond law, Saka is an entrepreneur with interests across multiple sectors, bringing a strong business mindset to athlete management—focusing not just on contracts, but on building sustainable, long-term careers.
Mukuka Kapilikisha
Team Principal & Scouting Lead
Mukuka Kapilikisha serves as Team Principal and Scouting Lead at GoPro Sports Management, overseeing talent identification, player development pathways, and scouting operations. A former semi-professional athlete, Mukuka has played football across Zambia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. His international playing experience gives him a deep understanding of different football systems, performance standards, and the transition required for players moving into global markets.
In addition to his sporting background, Mukuka holds an accounting qualification under ACCA, equipping him with strong analytical and financial management skills. This dual expertise allows him to assess talent not only from a technical perspective but also through a structured, performance-driven lens.
At GoPro, Mukuka leads the scouting network, evaluates player potential, and designs development pathways to ensure players are fully prepared for professional opportunities. His role is central to maintaining the quality and integrity of the agency’s talent pipeline.
